- Our objective is to make our translation meet your requirements as much as possible. Therefore, BEFORE WE CAN START WORKING ON YOUR TRANSLATION, we ask you to provide the correct spelling of names of people and companies, any preferences (if any) as to translation of any specific terms, as well as requirements to the format/certification/notarization of the translation.
- If you don’t specify your requirements, we won’t be able to implement them! Any further subjective/preferential changes will be considered to be additional work subject to extra fees.
- In certain cases and at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to reject any order WITHOUT PROVIDING REASONS of our decision.
- When you receive the translation, please check whether we followed all the requirements, whether the names, titles, dates etc. are correct. Any complaints about the quality of the translation will be accepted only within 10 working days from the date you received the translation.
- We guarantee the translation quality, as well as its compliance with the existing standards, and your requirements to the format / certification / notarization. We do not provide any recommendations or assurances in terms of the translation suitability for specific purposes of any organizations. Маximum amount of compensation is limited to the cost of paid translation only.
