In some cases, yes, but the cost can be prohibitive especially if the translation is not in electronic format or was not done by a professional translator.

However, we can use any translation samples as references and, if possible, use the same terminology and name spellings.

In most cases, everything can be done online or via email communication. You can upload a copy of your document to our website or email it to us and we will reply to you with our quote and procedure details within 24 hours. Once your translation is complete, it can be mailed back to you. 

The easiest and fastest way to pay is to pay online. We will send you an invoice, with payment instructions, which you can pay directly from your email. We also accept other methods of payment. For example, you can mail us a cheque. For most personal projects we have to receive a payment prior to a start of a project and sending us a cheque might delay your project until your cheque clears the bank system.

For specific turnaround times, please contact us directly. For most short documents (1-2 pages) it takes us about 2 to 3 business days. We also provide rush and overnight service.

Yes, we work with translators who are ICBC approved and who can translate your Driving License for most language pairs.

No. Certification requirements differ in different jurisdictions and organizations, and often change. We recommend clarifying all certification procedures with appropriate authorities that will be reviewing your translation prior to a project initiation.

We can guarantee that we can adhere to practically any certification procedures or requirements that exist in Canada, USA and many other countries.  However, for legal and insurance purposes we cannot provide any advice as to what procedure needs to be followed in your particular case or whether any specific organization will accept it. Unless, we are contracted by you to do a translation for a specific purpose, all translations are provided as is, without any further guarantees. It is your responsibility to provide exact certification and other technical instructions when placing an order with us.
