We owe our success to the winning combination of our in-house staff of linguists and a highly dedicated team of hand-picked freelancers, which includes professional engineers, doctors, and lawyers with prestigious degrees in their fields and at least 5 years of full-time professional experience. Our translators are individually certified and accredited with over 600 organizations and agencies worldwide.
Our translators are highly qualified, certified or accredited specialists with backgrounds in diverse disciplines from medicine to law and mining to agriculture. We only use professional translators who have either specific training or years of experience in a particular area, such as engineering, law, medicine, mining, etc. As a result, our linguists are not only perfectly bilingual, but they are also experts in the use of the specialized terms used in a variety of technical fields.
What about privacy and confidentiality?
We deal with highly confidential translations for courts, police etc. on a daily basis and totally understand your concerns about confidentiality. What does this all mean in practical terms?
All of our projects are controlled in-house and are produced via collaboration between the ABC Language Solutions team and a roster of hand-picked industry experts who are commissioned for specialized tasks.
We will select the best translators for your project based on their expertise, availability, and rates. Depending on the project requirements, we can also be even more selective (for example, find a male Spanish translator in Barcelona who specializes in heavy industrial equipment, or a female French translator in Montreal who works in the medical field) – so that your translation will have the specific accent or flair that you need!
At your request, we will be happy to provide a short bio of the person/team selected for your project, and will ask the translators to submit samples of previous work. Alternatively, we can ask one or several candidates to translate a short passage taken directly from your project and you/your end customer can choose the translator that best matches your requirements and expectations. This will allow you to be more actively involved in the actual process of translation and to have more control over the translator selection process.
